City of Kingston

• DWI: Raymond E. Grant, 39, of West Park, was arrested by state police at Highland on Broadway at 1:48 a.m. Sunday on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued traffic tickets for a one-way violation on a designated road, moving from lane unsafely and crossing road hazard markings. Grant was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Scott L. Proper, 36, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:22 p.m. Saturday on charges of aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and drunken driving and criminal mischief, both misdemeano­rs. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Coxsackie

• DWI: Jeffrey E. Albright, 45, of Hannacroix, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:34 p.m. Saturday on state Route 385 westbound on charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Albright was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

• DWI: Michal Mystkowski, 30, of Howard Beach, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:42 a.m. Sunday on county Route 45 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Mystkowski was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

• DWI: Kevin Ortiz, 39, of Hartford, Connecticu­t, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on state Route 81 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Ortiz was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

New Baltimore

• Menacing: Tyler A. Higgins, 20, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:20 p.m. Saturday at 565 Deans Mill Road and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of menacing, all misdemeano­rs. Police also arrested a 17-year-old Ravena girl and charged her with harassment (physical contact) and unlawful marijuana possession, both violations. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e. The 17-year-old was released with an appearance ticket for New Baltimore Town Court.

New Paltz

• Drugs: Nicholas A. Salinas, 23, of Cairo, and Joanne J. Miedema, 22, of Palenville, were arrested by state police at Highland at 1:34 a.m. Sunday on South Oakwood Terrance and were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Salinas and Miedema were released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

• DWI: Danielle Lake, 22, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:43 a.m. Sunday on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Lake was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Shandaken

• Drugs: Mario M. Faggiano, 30, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 p.m. Saturday on Main Street and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended motor vehicle violation, both misdemeano­rs, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance in non-original container, both violations. He was also issued two traffic tickets for an equipment violation (safety glass) and additional traffic tickets for operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificat­e, equipment violation (windshield tint) and a motor vehicle violation (operating an unregister­ed vehicle). Faggiano was released with appearance tickets for Shandaken Town Court.

• DWI: Kemp Loeke, 60, of Shandaken, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:20 p.m. Saturday on state Route 28 on charges of aggravated drunken driving (prior offense) a felony; and drunken driving, a misdemeano­r. He was also issued a speeding ticket for exceeding 55 mph. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: Samuel Marrero-Ayala, 67, of Breinigsvi­lle, Pennsylvan­ia, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:32 a.m. Sunday on state Route 28 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for failing to keep right on a two-lane road. Marrero-Ayala was released with an appearance ticket for Shandaken Town Court.

Shawangunk

• Drugs: Charles Brock-Casey, 30, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:15 p.m. Saturday on state Route 52 at Schubert Drive on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful marijuana possession, both violations. Brock-Casey was released with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.
