Catskill
· DWAI-drugs: Katlyn M. Dealy, 29, of Troy, was arrested by state police at Albany at 10:20 a.m. Sunday on the New York State Thruway and charged with the felonies of driving while ability impaired by drugs, drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Dealy was jailed. Additional information was unavailable.
Esopus
· Attempted petit larceny: Taylor Judware, 24, of Port Ewen, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday at a retail store in town and charged with the misdemeanor of attempted petit larceny. Her arrest followed a report of an alleged attempt to shoplift more than $400 in merchandise from the store. Judware was released with an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Lloyd
· DWI: Donald N. Ariola, 32, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with felony drunken driving. He was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Drugs: Lisa M. Sindone, 32, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Weapon: Alexa Benitez-Mahoney, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on May 29 and charged with possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. BenetezMahoney is accused of being in possession of a stun gun. She was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Plattekill
· Drugs: Sheldon C. Victor, 27, of Middletown, was arrested by state police at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday on the New York State Thruway after a traffic stop for a traffic violation and was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Victor was allegedly in possession of about 58 grams of marijuana. He was released with an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
Marbletown · DWAI-drugs or alcohol/ DWI:
A 16-year-old Kingston male was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:50 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs or alcohol and drunken driving. He was released with appearance tickets for Marbletown Town Court.
Rosendale
· Drugs/tampering
with evidence: Hunter C. Beck, 19, of Accord, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with the assistance of Rosendale police at about 7:40 p.m. Sunday on Creek Locks Road and charged with the felony of tampering with physical evidence and the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance. Police said Beck was in possession of a quantity of heroin and discarded it in an attempt to prevent it from being discovered by deputies. He was released with an appearance ticket for Rosendale Town Court.
· Drugs: Shawn D. Mullen, 25, of Highland, was arrested by Rosendale police at 4:59 p.m. May 31 on Cottekill Estates Road and charged with misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed driving. Mullen was allegedly in possession of a small quantity of marijuana, a digital scale, three vape pens containing concentrated cannibals oil. Mullen was released with appearance tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
Saugerties
· DWI: George J. Dagis, 65, of 409 Churchland Road, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:19 p.m. Sunday at 91 Washington Ave. in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving, and the violation of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, along with the infraction of having an unsafe tire. Dagis was released with appearance tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
Woodstock
· DWI: Soleil A. Martinez, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:08 p.m. Sunday on state Route 375 at Holly Hills Road and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the infractions of driving on shoulders and slopes and speeding. Martinez was released with appearance tickets for Woodstock Town Court.
