City of Kingston
· DWAI-drugs: Shannon R. Russell, 25, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:18 a.m. Monday on West O’Reilly Street and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs and the violation of possession of marijuana. Russell was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
· DWI: Ronald P. Behnke, 47, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:11 p.m. Sunday on Mountain Avenue and charged with the felonies of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Behnke’s status was unavailable. · Assault/drugs: Kyle Reddington, 24, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:13 p.m. Sunday and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance. Reddington was released with appearance tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
· DWI: Cristopher Rhea, 30, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Cox-
sackie at 4:05 p.m. Sunday on state Route 32A and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving. Rhea was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Esopus
· DWAI-drugs: Colin T. Crawford, 25, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:31 a.m. Saturday at 287 Union Center Road and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. Crawford was released with an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Gardiner
· Menacing with weapon: Bryan W. David, 27, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:27 p.m. Saturday at 490 state Route 299 and charged with the misdemeanor of menacing with a weapon, the violation of possession of marijuana and the infractions of driving with insurance and unregistered vehicle.
Jewett
· DWI: Patricia A. Delamater, 53, of Riverhead, was arrested by state police at Catskill on state Route 23A at 2:57 a.m. Monday and charged with the felonies of driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Delamater’s status was unavailable.
Livingston · Criminal contempt:
Jeffrey A. Barmen, 43, of Stockport, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 8:10 a.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9 and charged with the felony of criminal contempt. Barmen’s status was unavailable.
Lloyd
· Shoplifting/conspiracy: Michael J. Bush, 27, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at state police barracks, 212 U.S. Route 209, and charged with five misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and one misdemeanor count of conspiracy. Bush was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· DWI: Megan K. Yandle, 29, of Esopus, was arrested by Lloyd police on June 7 on U.S. Route 9W and charged
with misdemeanor drunken driving. She was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court. · Weapon: Melissa T. Lauro, 30, of Beekman, was arrested by Lloyd police on June 6 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a weapon. She was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
· Criminal contempt:
Joseph E. Tippa, 43, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on June 5 and charged with the felony of criminal contempt and the misdemeanors of aggravated harassment and contempt of court. He is accused of violating a Poughkeepsie Town Court order of protection. Tippa was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
