Terri E. Allen, 56, of Kingston

Terri E. Allen, 56, of Kingston, N.Y., passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018.

She was born May 28, 1962 in Kingston, N.Y., to the late Leonard and Elizabeth (Cooney) Boice.

Terri is survived by her children, William D. Boice, James K. Panza, and Jacqueline A. Petras; her sister, Amanda J. Treasure and her husband Ben Treasure, Jr.; her brothers, Tom and John Cossaboom, and Richard, Joe, Frankie, and James Shultis; and her companion, Gary White; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is predeceased by her husband, James N. Allen; her son, Danny A. Petras; and her brother, Bobby Cossaboom.
