City of Kingston
• DWI: Chris L. Serrano, 60, of Kingston was arrested early Saturday morning on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving, as well as the infractions of refusing to submit to a preliminary breath screening device, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, and inadequate headlights. Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said they saw a vehicle on East Chester Street at approximately 12:15 a.m. Saturday driving with inadequate headlights. During a traffic stop, it was determined Serrano was driving while intoxicated, deputies said. He was released on tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Lisa D. Jackson, 41, of Red Hook was arrested at 2:24 p.m. Friday on felony charges of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, as well as misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed driving and refusal to submit to a breath test. She was also charged with the violation of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Ulster town police said officers responded to a 911 call to check on the welfare of a woman in her vehicle in the parking lot of Quick Chek on Ulster Avenue. Investigation showed Jackson was driving drunk and with a suspended license, police said. She was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
• Petit larceny: Devin M. Pope, 25, of Port Ewen was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Friday on three misdemeanor counts of petit larceny. Ulster police said Pope was charged with stealing cash from a register at a local business where he had been an employee. He was released on tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
Catskill
• Petit larceny: Timothy J. Martin, 55, of Catskill was arrested at 4:59 p.m. June 11 at Price Chopper by Catskill village police on a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny. He was released on a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.
• Drugs: Tariesha Memminger, 20, of Catskill was arrested at 2:27 p.m. June 12 by Catskill village police on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, one felony count of possession of marijuana, one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Catskill Village Court and sent to Greene County Jail without bail.
• Petit larceny: Megan Jostlin, 34, of Hillsdale was arrested at 7:49 p.m. Sunday at the Catskill Commons by Catskill village police on a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny. She was released on a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.
• DWI: Danielle R. Fiscaletti,
24, of Saugerties was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Sunday on the state Thruway by state Thruway police at Albany on a felony charge of aggravated drunken driving and the misdemeanors of drunken driving and endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: John S. Davi, 26, of Greenport was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on the state Thruway by state Thruway police at Albany on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a violation charge of possession of marijuana. Davi was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped near the Catskill interchange when he was found in possession of approximately two grams of cocaine and approximately nine-and-a-half grams of marijuana, police said. Davi was arraigned in Catskill Town Court and sent to Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Also arrested were Sean M. VanKeuren, 27, of Claverack and Rachel E. Smith, 23, of Wilmington, N.C., each on a violation charge of possession of marijuana. They were released on tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Esopus
• Obstructing: A 16-yearold female from Ulster Park, who was not identified, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Sunday by state police at Highland on misdemeanor charges of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. She was released on tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.
Lloyd
• Obstructing: Rondell L. Barksdale, 25, of Poughkeepsie was arrested Monday on misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed driving, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, as well as the violation of possession of marijuana. Barksdale was arrested following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W, Lloyd police said. He was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
• DWAI: Julian Zambrano, 25, of Rosendale was arrested June 12 on a misdemeanor charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Lloyd police said Zambrano was arrested after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle on Route 44⁄55. He was released on a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Peter C. Urbanski II, 35, of Poughkeepsie was arrested Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Urbanski was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 44⁄55, Lloyd police said. He was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: William A. Gearhart, 43, of LaGrange was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W by state police at highland on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia. He was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. Also arrested was Nicholaus C. Mikus, 34, of Poughkeepsie on a felony charge of grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing governmental administration. He was held pending arraignment.
Napanoch
• Marijuana: Daniel D. Torres-Rodriguez, 26 of Wawarsing was arrested Saturday afternoon on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was also charged with vehicle and traffic infractions, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said they stopped a vehicle Torres-Rodriguez was driving at approximately 2:45 p.m. Saturday for a traffic infraction on High Street. During the stop, he was found with approximately 97 grams of marijuana, deputies said. Torres-Rodriguez was released on a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
Olive
• Drugs: An 18-year-old male from Sloatsburg was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Sunday on state Route 28 by state police at Ulster on two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and a violation count of possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. At approximately the same time, a 17-year-old male from Tuxedo Park was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and a 17-year-old female from Suffern was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. A 17-year-old male from Sloatsburg was also charged with the violation of possession of alcohol by a person
