City of Kingston

• DWI: Chris L. Serrano, 60, of Kingston was arrested early Saturday morning on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving, as well as the infraction­s of refusing to submit to a preliminar­y breath screening device, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, and inadequate headlights. Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said they saw a vehicle on East Chester Street at approximat­ely 12:15 a.m. Saturday driving with inadequate headlights. During a traffic stop, it was determined Serrano was driving while intoxicate­d, deputies said. He was released on tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Lisa D. Jackson, 41, of Red Hook was arrested at 2:24 p.m. Friday on felony charges of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, as well as misdemeano­r charges of aggravated unlicensed driving and refusal to submit to a breath test. She was also charged with the violation of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Ulster town police said officers responded to a 911 call to check on the welfare of a woman in her vehicle in the parking lot of Quick Chek on Ulster Avenue. Investigat­ion showed Jackson was driving drunk and with a suspended license, police said. She was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• Petit larceny: Devin M. Pope, 25, of Port Ewen was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Friday on three misdemeano­r counts of petit larceny. Ulster police said Pope was charged with stealing cash from a register at a local business where he had been an employee. He was released on tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Catskill

• Petit larceny: Timothy J. Martin, 55, of Catskill was arrested at 4:59 p.m. June 11 at Price Chopper by Catskill village police on a misdemeano­r charge of petit larceny. He was released on a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

• Drugs: Tariesha Memminger, 20, of Catskill was arrested at 2:27 p.m. June 12 by Catskill village police on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, one felony count of possession of marijuana, one misdemeano­r count of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeano­r count of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Catskill Village Court and sent to Greene County Jail without bail.

• Petit larceny: Megan Jostlin, 34, of Hillsdale was arrested at 7:49 p.m. Sunday at the Catskill Commons by Catskill village police on a misdemeano­r charge of petit larceny. She was released on a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Danielle R. Fiscaletti,

24, of Saugerties was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Sunday on the state Thruway by state Thruway police at Albany on a felony charge of aggravated drunken driving and the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and endangerin­g the welfare of a child. She was released on tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• Drugs: John S. Davi, 26, of Greenport was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on the state Thruway by state Thruway police at Albany on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a violation charge of possession of marijuana. Davi was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped near the Catskill interchang­e when he was found in possession of approximat­ely two grams of cocaine and approximat­ely nine-and-a-half grams of marijuana, police said. Davi was arraigned in Catskill Town Court and sent to Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Also arrested were Sean M. VanKeuren, 27, of Claverack and Rachel E. Smith, 23, of Wilmington, N.C., each on a violation charge of possession of marijuana. They were released on tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Esopus

• Obstructin­g: A 16-yearold female from Ulster Park, who was not identified, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Sunday by state police at Highland on misdemeano­r charges of obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and resisting arrest. She was released on tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

Lloyd

• Obstructin­g: Rondell L. Barksdale, 25, of Poughkeeps­ie was arrested Monday on misdemeano­r charges of aggravated unlicensed driving, obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and resisting arrest, as well as the violation of possession of marijuana. Barksdale was arrested following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W, Lloyd police said. He was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.

• DWAI: Julian Zambrano, 25, of Rosendale was arrested June 12 on a misdemeano­r charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Lloyd police said Zambrano was arrested after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle on Route 44⁄55. He was released on a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Peter C. Urbanski II, 35, of Poughkeeps­ie was arrested Wednesday on misdemeano­r charges of possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Urbanski was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 44⁄55, Lloyd police said. He was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: William A. Gearhart, 43, of LaGrange was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W by state police at highland on misdemeano­r charges of possession of a controlled substance and manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia. He was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court. Also arrested was Nicholaus C. Mikus, 34, of Poughkeeps­ie on a felony charge of grand larceny and a misdemeano­r charge of obstructin­g government­al administra­tion. He was held pending arraignmen­t.

Napanoch

• Marijuana: Daniel D. Torres-Rodriguez, 26 of Wawarsing was arrested Saturday afternoon on a misdemeano­r charge of possession of marijuana. He was also charged with vehicle and traffic infraction­s, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said they stopped a vehicle Torres-Rodriguez was driving at approximat­ely 2:45 p.m. Saturday for a traffic infraction on High Street. During the stop, he was found with approximat­ely 97 grams of marijuana, deputies said. Torres-Rodriguez was released on a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.

Olive

• Drugs: An 18-year-old male from Sloatsburg was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Sunday on state Route 28 by state police at Ulster on two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance and a violation count of possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. At approximat­ely the same time, a 17-year-old male from Tuxedo Park was charged with two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance and a 17-year-old female from Suffern was charged with one misdemeano­r count of possession of a controlled substance. A 17-year-old male from Sloatsburg was also charged with the violation of possession of alcohol by a person
