• DWI: Zechariah L. Snyder, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:52 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 23 in Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Snyder was issued a court appearance ticket, police said.

• Grand larceny: Richard P. Fuhrmann, 74, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with grand larceny and scheme to defraud, both felonies, stemming from a May 28 incident. • DWAI: Tami L. Love, 49, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 9W in Marlborough and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Love was issued an appearance ticket for town court, police said.

• DWI: Jeremy Jackson, 23 of Highland, was arrested Wednesday by state police in Newburgh and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.

• DWI: Celeste Ramirez,25, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 28A and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was also ticketed for failure to keep right and imprudent speed. Ramirez was issued an appearance ticket for town court, police said.
