Cairo
· Aggravated family offense: Robert E. Lambert, 29, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday and charged with the felonies of aggravated contempt (violating an order of protection) and aggravated family offense, and the misdemeanors of assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief (preventing an emergency call). Lambert was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
Greenville
· DWI: David N. Weiss, 62, of Medusa, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 32 and charged with the felony of aggravated drunken driving with a child and the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child, driving with a bloodalcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Weiss was released with tickets for Greenville Town Court.
Hudson
· DWI: Julian Kokas, 23, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:50 a.m. Thursday on State Street and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and the infractions of driving without headlights and refusing a breath test. Kokas was released after posting $250 bail.
Lloyd
· DWAI-drugs: Troy A. Ambrister, 30, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday on Argent Drive and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Ambrister was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
