Albany

• DWAI-drugs: Dominick V. Morice-Morris, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Albany at 9:30 p.m. Thursday on the New York State Thruway and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Morice-Morris was released with an appearance ticket for Albany City Court.

Cairo

• Endangerin­g: Craig Rowell, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:34 p.m. Thursday at the state police barracks, 78R McLaren Road Ext., and was charged with assault by recklessly causing physical injury and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, both misdemeano­rs. Rowell was released with appearance tickets for Cairo Town Court. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Coxsackie

• DWAI-drugs: James E. Mayo, 28, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:35 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and was charged with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeano­rs, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Mayo was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

• DWI: Brian A. Jack, 45, of Stuart, Fla., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:32 p.m. Thursday on state Route 385 in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Jack was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Red Hook

• Stolen property: Craig J. Tinker, 46, of Cortland Manor, was arrested by Red Hook police at 7 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with two felony counts of possession of stolen property. The arrest followed a two-month investigat­ion into allegedly stolen credit cards being used at village businesses. Tinker was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.

Saugerties • Obstructin­g government­al

administra­tion: Christine A. Dilberto, 39, of Simmons Street, was arrested by Saugerties police on Thursday in the village and was charged with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, a misdemeano­r. Police said Dilberto contacted police 15 times in the early morning and afternoon hours Thursday, causing a disruption at dispatch. She was allegedly intoxicate­d during the calls and tied up phone lines for more than 40 minutes. Over the past four weeks, Dilberto has allegedly made more than 50 nuisance calls to the police department and was advised she was tying up emergency lines and warned she would face arrest if her actions continued. Dilberto was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
