The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Catskill
· Impersonation: Shaquille O. Wedderburn, 22, of Albany, was charged Sunday with criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. He was arrested on an appearance ticket on state Route 23B in Catskill, police said.
· Criminal Mischief: Peter L. Farrell, 50, of Catskill, was arrested at about 2:33 a.m. Monday and charged with criminal mishchief, a felony, according to state police at Coxsackie.
· DWI: Jessi E. Stanko, 29, of Gardiner, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Stanko was arrested at about 2:37 a.m., police said.
Lloyd
· Petit Larceny: Dionne Cadena, 44, of Highland, was charged Monday with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, according to the town of Lloyd Police Department. She is accused of stealing another person’s photo ID, police said. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on July 19.
· DWAI: Michael P. Colonna, 49, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Monday and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs/alcohol, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. He was arrested on state Route 44⁄55 and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Rosendale
· Weapon: Richard E. Altenau, 32, of Ciottekill, was charged Sunday with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, menacing and criminal mischief, misdemeanors, according to state police at Ulster. He was arrested at 1821 Lucas Avenue Extension in Rosendale about 11:20 a.m., police said.
Saugerties
· Drugs: Nicole M. Hansen, 26, of Saugerties. was charged Saturday with the two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said Hansen was arrested about 8:40 p.m. on state Route 9W in Saugerties. She was found in possession of a quantity of hydrocodone pills and Suboxone, deputies said. Hansen was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Saugerties Court on a later date.
