City of Albany

• DWI: Melissa A. Borey, 45, of Saugerties, was arrested by Thruway state police at 11:17 p.m. Friday on the New York state Thruway on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Borey was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Catskill

• DWI: Daniel J. Williams, 38, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:19 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W on charges of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years), operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all felonies, and circumvent­ing an interlock device, a misdemeano­r. Williams was held pending arraignmen­t.

Ellenville

• DWI: Yuriy L. Lysonok, 28, of Uncasville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:04 a.m. Sunday on South Main Street on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for crossing road hazard markings. Lysonok was released with an appearance ticket for Ellenville Village Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Victoria Garcia, 36, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:58 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Garcia was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• Evidence tampering/

drugs: Marisol Rivera, 39, and Thomas Damon, 62, of Poughkeeps­ie, were arrested by state police at Highland at 6:25 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9W. Rivera was charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and two misdemeano­r counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Damon was charged with one misdemeano­r count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Baltimore

• DWAI drugs: Jason D. Brundige, 44, of Schenectad­y, was arrested by Thruway state police at 6:18 a.m. Sunday on the New York state Thruway southbound on a felony charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs (previous conviction in 10 years). Brundige was held pending arraignmen­t.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Nicholas P. Scarola, 20, of Huntington, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:14 p.m. Saturday on state Route 28 on misdemeano­r charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of marijuana (greater that 25 grams). He was also issued a speeding ticket. Scarola was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
