Catskill
• Menacing with weapon: Jasmine Wells, 19, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 11:22 p.m. Thursday at 31 Williams St., Apt. A, and charged with misdemeanor menacing with a weapon. Wells was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court. Additional information was unavailable.
· DWI: Tyler N. Clark, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:02 a.m. Saturday on Water Street in the village and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Clark was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court.
Greenville
• DWAI-drugs: Justin H. Whitman, 37, of Medford, Mass., was arrested by state police at the intersection of state Route 81 and Redmill Road at 12:57 p.m. Sunday and charged with the felonies of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of marijuana (more than 16 ounces), and with the misdemeanor of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Whitman was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Town of Kingston
• Drugs: Veronica H. Zilberman, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:25 p.m. Sunday on state Route 28 in the town and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Zilberman was released with appearance tickets for Kingston Town Court.
Livingston
• DWI: Clint R. Lewis, 32, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:20 a.m. Sunday at 902 Blue Hill Road and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Lewis was released with an appearance ticket for Livingston Town Court.
• DWI: Edward Calwell, 39, of Germantown, was arrested by Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies at 3:25 a.m. July 15 after a one-vehicle personal injury crash on state Route 9G and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Calwell’s vehicle allegedly left the roadway, struck a guard rail, went into a ditch and overturned. He was the only occupant of the vehicle and was taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital. Calwell was released with an appearance ticket for Livingston Town Court.
Shawangunk
• DWI: Ingrid A. Kolze, 61, of Walker Valley, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from state police at about 12:20 a.m. Monday on Albany Post Road and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.18 percent (more than twice the legal limit), as well as with the traffic infractions of refusing to submit to a preliminary breath screening device and moving unsafely from lane. Kolze’s arrest followed a report of a medical emergency in which a female fell under a vehicle and could not get up. Deputies learned that Kolze was driving a 2017 GMC when she veered off of the roadway and struck an embankment, disabling the vehicle. She then slipped when she left the vehicle and was unable to get up. Kolze was released with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court. Police were assisted by the Wallkill Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
Town of Ulster
• Criminal contempt/ aggravated harassment: Dylan T. Walsh, 36, of Rosendale, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 2:28 a.m. Saturday and charged with the felony of criminal contempt and the misdemeanor of aggravated harassment. Walsh is accused of violating an active order of protection resulting in his arrest. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail. • Grand larceny/falsifying business records: Joseph P. Olen, 38, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at about 10:34 a.m. Wednesday following an investigation into a reported larceny at Sam’s Club where he works and charged with the felonies of grand larceny and falsifying business records. Olen is accused of making fraudulent transactions. He was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
• Drugs: Glenn W. Rentrop, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:25 p.m. Sunday on state Route 28 in the town of Ulster and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Rentrop was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
