The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
• Drugs: Gregory Moultrie, 65, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on Albany Avenue and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and several traffic infractions. Moultrie was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Burglary: Dashan L. Lyons, 27, and Jessica L. Schnauber, 29, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday at 7848 U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with the felony of burglary of a dwelling. Their statuses were unavailable.
• Endangering: Francisco Dejesus, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday and charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child, assault, obstruction of breathing and trespass. Dejesus’ status was unavailable.
• DWI: Shawn W. Beers, 44, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Mile Woods and Bethel Ridge roads and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (two counts) and drunken driving. Beers was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Angela M. DeVito, 20, and Stephen T. Littell, 22, both of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:48 p.m. Tuesday at Cumberland Farms on U.S. Route 9W in the village. DeVito was charged with three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Littell was charged with the violation of possession of marijuana. Both were released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Greenville
• Drugs: Nicholas A. Delacruz, 28, of Preston Hollow, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 81 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Delacruz’s status was unavailable.
Town of Rochester
• Marijuana: Jason P. Cruz, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday on Granite Road and charged with misdemeanor possession of more than 25 grams of marijuana. Cruz was released with an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Endangering: Matthew S. Scribner, 21, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday and charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child and the violation of harassment. Scribner’s status was unavailable.
