Coxsackie
· DWAI-drugs/drugs: Kathleen M. Lion, 54, of Wilton, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance, and with the violation of controlled substance in a non-original container. Lion was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
· DWI: Ryan J. Rose, 42, of Willimantic, Conn., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:44a.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Route 9W and Flatbush Road in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and drunken driving (alcohol or drugs). Rose was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Gardiner
· Contempt: Paul Miller, 58, and Jeanette R. Miller, 48, both of Wallkill, were arrested by state police at Highland at 7:56p.m. Thursday on Beecher Hill Road. Paul Miller was charged with felony contempt and the violation of harassment. Jeanette Miller was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and the violation of harassment. Paul Miller was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Jeanette Miller was released with appearance tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Lloyd
· Grand larceny: Kenya M. Humes, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at police barracks, 212state Route 299 and charged with felony grand larceny of a credit card and the misdemeanor of identity theft to obtain goods. Humes was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· DWI: Shawn J. Riso, 21, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4a.m. Friday and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08percent or higher and drunken driving. Riso was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Red Hook
· Drugs: Eavan Marie Burke, 19, of California, was arrested by Red Hook police at 9:40 p.m. Thursday on County Route 78in the town and was charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), aggravated unlicensed driving and possession of a forged instrument (a fake driver’s license). Burke was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· Drugs: Joshua J. Thaisz, 36, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8p.m. Thursday on state Route 28 and charged with four misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, the violation of possession of marijuana and the infractions of failing to keep right and speeding. Thaisz was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
· Prison contraband: Jacob Nolan, 28, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:02p.m. Thursday at the Eastern Correctional Facility, 30 Institution Road, Napanoch, and charged with felony prison contraband. Nolan was returned to prison with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
