Town of Ulster

•· Contempt: George D. Davis, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies Sunday evening on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal contempt. Deputies said they stopped a vehicle on state Route 28 for a traffic infraction at about 9:20 p.m. and found Davis, who was driving the vehicle, had a passenger who had an order of protection against him. Davis was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and released pending a court appearance.

• DWI: Mark C. Mongiardo, 36, of Wayne, N.J., was arrested by Thruway state police at 3:16 p.m. Sunday at mile marker 91 on the Thruway on misdemeano­r charges of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving. He was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Catskill

• Burglary: Barbara E. Kubisek, 47, of Troy, was arrested by Catskill police at 4:16 p.m. Aug. 7 on two felony counts of burglary and two misdemeano­r counts of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Also arrested was Alexander T. Beaulieu, 22, of Troy, on two counts each of petit larceny and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, all misdemeano­rs, and Hannah E. Gagliardi, 21, of Troy, on one misdemeano­r count each of petit larceny and endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Catskill police said the three were arrested following a shopliftin­g complaint at the Walmart store in the Catskill Commons. They had a 9-yearold child with them at the time, police said. Police said Kubisek was charged with burglary because she had been banned from entering any Walmart in the state. Kubisek and Beaulieu were also charged in relation to a shopliftin­g complaint on July 29, police said. All three were arraigned in Catskill Village Court and sent to jail pending a court appearance, Kubisek without bail and Beaulieu and Gagliardi in lieu of $1,000 bail each.

• Drugs: Carl Sturner, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 9:32 a.m. Friday on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Benjamin F. McKinney, 54, of Catskill was arrested by Catskill police at 10:22 p.m. Saturday on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving. He was arraigned in Cairo Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail pending a court appearance.

• DWI: Leah K. Tate, 34, of Catskill was arrested by Catskill police at 10:34 p.m. Sunday on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Village Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI: Aileen M. Ceriello, 62, of New Baltimore, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:15 p.m. Sunday on Kingston Road and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Ceriello was issued a court appearance ticket.

Lloyd

• DWAI: Lauren M. Inger, 25, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police Friday on a misdemeano­r charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs after she was involved in a twocar personal injury accident on U.S. Route 9W. She was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and released pending a court appearance.

• Drugs: Barbara L. Atkins, 56, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by Lloyd police Sunday on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Menacing: Nicholas R. Rodriguez, 24, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police Wednesday on misdemeano­r charges of menacing and possession of a weapon. Police said Rodriguez is accused of threatenin­g two people with a machete during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in New Paltz Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a court appearance.

• Tampering: Everlyn E. Ricks, 30, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police Wednesday on a felony charge of tampering with physical evidence. Police said Ricks was arrested after she was involved in a domestic dispute and tried to dispose of a weapon that was displayed during the incident. She was arraigned in New Paltz Town Court and released pending a court appearance.

Olive

• Drugs: Kristen M. Hornbeck, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster Sunday at 7:44 p.m. on state Route 28 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parapherna­lia, and driving while intoxicate­d, all misdemeano­rs. She was issued a court appearance ticket, police said.

Saugerties

• Contempt: Keenan A. Hughes, 71, of 1221 Church Road, was arrested by Saugerties police Sunday and was charged with criminal contempt of a court order, a felony, criminal mischief, a misdemeano­r, and harassment, a violation. Police said that during a domestic argument, Hughes became angry with a female victim, who had an order of protection against him from a prior incident. Hughes forcibly took a phone away from the victim, struck her in the face, removed the docking station for the phone from the wall and took the victim’s car keys away from her, and destroyed the keyfob for the victim’s vehicle, police said. Hughes was ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond, police said.
