Cairo

• Endangering: Joshua M. Weisinger, 35, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:32 a.m. Tuesday on Old State Route 23 in Cairo and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Weisinger was released with an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Stolen property: Taliek S. Wilkins, 28, of Rosedale, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:33 p.m. Monday on Plank Road in the town and was charged with possession of stolen property (credit card), a felony, and with petit larceny, identity theft to obtain goods and possession of personal ID, all misdemeanors. Wilkins was released with appearance tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

• DWI: Donald J. Blowers,

48, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:15 p.m. Monday at state police barracks in Coxsackie and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both felonies, and with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, all misdemeanors. Blowers was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail pending a court appearance.
