The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Vincent P. Banks, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on Interstate 587 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, as well as possession of marijuana, a violation, and the infractions of driving an uninsured vehicle and inadequate exhaust. He was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.

Catskill

• Drugs: Colt S. Camarillo, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:46 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on Main Street in the village on felony and misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held pending arraignment. Further information was unavailable.

Lloyd

• Falsely reporting: Suzanne E. Mann, 44, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on state Route 299 on a charge of falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Milan

• DWAI: Asaad S. Culver, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:48 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on the Taconic State Parkway on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors; possession of marijuana, a violation; and speeding, an infraction. He was released with tickets to appear in Milan Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Forged instrument: Tiffany K. Barringer, 24, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:17 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on Route 44⁄55 on charges of possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.

• Drugs: Isiah G. Corcoran, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on Queens Highway on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Ditar Singh, 28, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on George Saile Road on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Family offense: Lubin C. Castano, 31, of Kerhonkson, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 29, on charges of aggravated family offense, a felony, as well as criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said they responded at 11 p.m. to a report of

a domestic dispute and determined that Castano had caused damage to a vehicle and struck a person in the face. Castano was arraigned in Rochester Town Court and released pending a court appearance.

• Prison contraband: Enrique Flores, 27, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in Wawarsing Town Court on a felony charge of promoting prison contraband. He was held pending arraignment.
