Craig G. Barringer, 64, of Kingston
Craig G. Barringer, of Kingston, a former longtime resident of Kerhonkson, N.Y., passed away on Sept. 7, 2018, at the age of 64.
Craig was born on Nov. 24, 1953, the son of the late Clayton and Alberta (Wager) Barringer.
For many years, Craig worked for the Department of Environmental Protection in Shokan, N.Y., where he was a maintainer. He earned his commercial driver’s license and had run heavy equipment, and was a union member of DC37. Craig loved watching NASCAR and he had an amazing sense of humor. He kept his sense of humor throughout his long, hard illness, and though it was difficult, he never complained once. He so loved his family and Craig’s whole world was his significant other and caregiver, Julia Julian. He will be deeply missed by all.
Craig is survived by Julia and her children, Robin, Holly and Zane; grandchildren, Darius, Sage, Lola and Riley; his sisters, Linda Rider, Dale Gray and Patty Kelder; and seven nieces and nephews.
