City of Kingston

• DWI: Patrick Passaro, 62, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:05 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop on Smith Avenue. He was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Theft: Breanna N. Smith, 28, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. She was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Criminal mischief: Michael V. Pernice, 30, of Palenville, was arrested by Catskill police at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony. He was sent to the Green County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a court appearance.

Cairo

• Grand larceny: Jennifer Hildenbran­d, 35, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:17 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at 784 Old Route 23 and was charged with two counts of grand larceny, a felony. She was issued tickets for Athens Town Court. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Coxsackie

• Falsely reporting an

incident: Daisy M. Parze, 37, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:04 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9 at 238 Mansion St. and was charged with falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeano­r She was issued a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Hunter

• DWI: Hector Martinez, 47, of East Elmhurst, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, and was charged with driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, a felony, and drunken driving, a misdemeano­r, following a traffic stop on state Route 23A. He was jailed in lieu of $100 bail pending a court appearance.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Tasha M. Purdy, 24, of Walden, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Sept. 8, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. She was issued a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Jamie L. Nugent, 36, of Walden, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Sept. 8, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeano­rs. She was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Monica A. Pugliese, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd police Thursday, Sept. 6, on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. She was set to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a court appearance. Pugliese was also wanted by town of Poughkeeps­ie police on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.

• DWAI-drugs, drugs:

Jeffrey M. Rodriguez, 20, of Newburgh, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Friday, Sept. 7, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeano­rs, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. He was issued tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Sedequa A. Romain, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Friday, Sept. 7 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. She was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Dylan T. Ziemer, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd town police on Saturday, Sept. 8, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Shawangunk

• Drugs: Daniel J. Lynch, 20, of Wurtsboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, and was charged with criminal possession of a criminal substance, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued tickets to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.
