City of Kingston

• DWI: Danielle L. Bailey, 53, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on Tremper Avenue. She was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs, and was ticketed for substandar­d lights and unregister­ed vehicle, both infraction­s. Bailey was released with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Barry S. Sparling, 57, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, on state Route 23A in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs. Sparling was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court. Durham

• Assault: Samir S. Alygad, 29, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:35 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on Sunside Road and was charged with felony assault with a weapon. Alygad was released after posting $10,000 bail.

• DWI: Salvatore G. Lomonaco, 25, of Gansevoort, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on county Route 67A and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs. Lomonaco was released with appearance tickets for Durham Town Court. • DWI: Ronald W. Case, 27, of Durham, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:56 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on county Route 67A and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs. Case was released with appearance tickets for Durham Town Court.

Prattsvill­e

• DWI: Christina M. Carey, 34, of Bloomville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, on state Route 23 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeano­rs. Carey was released with appearance tickets for Prattsvill­e Town Court.

Red Hook

• Weapon: Zachary J. Bedell, 28 of Staatsburg was arrested by Red Hook police at 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, on South Broadway in the village and was charged with possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Village Court.

• DWI: Stephanie A. Skiadas, 28 of New Paltz, was arrested by Red Hook police at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on state Route 9G in the town and was charged with two misdemeano­r counts of drunken driving. She was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• Drugs: Page D. Whidbee, 56, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, on state Route 308 in the town and was charged with two misdemeano­r counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Whidbee was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

• DWI: Danielle L. Lefraia, 32, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:50 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, on state Route 199 in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs. Lefraia was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

• DWI: Brett S. Anspach, 40, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on state Route 308 in the town and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony; drunken driving, a misdemeano­r; and several traffic infraction­s. Anspach was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

• DWAI-drugs: William M. Jornor, 62, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:20 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, on state Route 199 in the town and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Jorner was released with appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court. • DWI: Matthew J. Butler, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on Washington Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, both misdemeano­rs. Butler was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
