City of Kingston
• DWI: Ariel S. McGrier, 24, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:05 a.m. Sunday on Green Street on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. She was also issued a traffic ticket for an equipment violation (no headlights). McGrier was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
Athens
• DWI: Ashley C. O’Donnell, 27, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:59 p.m. Saturday on Schoharie Turnpike on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. O’Donnell was released with tickets for Athens Town Court.
Cairo
• Contempt: Kirk C. Ford, 41, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the state police barracks at 78R McLaren Road Extension on misdemeanor charges of criminal contempt (disobeying a court order) and aggravated harassment (communicating a threat). Ford was held pending arraignment.
Esopus
• Drugs: Micheal B. Berti, 44, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:55 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9W at Black Creek Road on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance (stimulants), a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Berti was held pending arraignment.
Hunter
• DWI: Haley M. Leach, 29, of Tannersville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:22 a.m. Sunday on Main Street on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge (first offense). Leach was released with an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Alexander J. Soto, 27, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:18 a.m. Sunday on state Route 208 on felony charges of aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol) and drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years). Soto was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
Rosendale
• DWI: Cameron J. Hommel, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:57 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 at River Road on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Hommel was released with a court appearance ticket.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Brittney L. Flandreau, 28, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:42 p.m. Saturday on state Route 199 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. She was also issued a traffic ticket for no or inadequate plate lamp. Flandreau was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
Wawarsing
• Drugs: Oraine H. Pringle, 28, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 on a felony charge of criminal possession of marijuana (more than 16 ounces). Pringle was held pending arraignment.
