City of Kingston

• Weapons: Alexander Kelly, 31, of Dobbs Ferry, and Asa Gibbons, 37, of White Plains, were arrested by Kingston police on Thursday evening, Sept. 20, and charged with the felony of possession of a weapon and the misdemeano­rs of possession of a weapon (two counts) and false personatio­n. Both Kelly and Gibbons were arraigned in Kingston City Court. Kelly was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court. Gibbons was released Friday, Sept. 21, after posting $20,000 bond, according to a jail official.

New Paltz

• DWI: John C. Barreiro, 49, of Tarzana, Calif., was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:43 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, on state Route 299 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and with drunken driving. Barreiro was released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Court.

Olive

• Drugs: Eulogio J. Mora, 49, of West Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulater at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, on state Route 28A and charged with two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance, the violation of possession of marijuana and the infraction of failing to keep right and driving with an obstructed view. Mora was released with appearance tickets for Olive Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Nicholas Ziegfried Koenig, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, on the New York State Thruway and charged with the misdemeano­r of drunken driving. Koenig’s status was unavailabl­e.

• Drugs: Tara J. Warncke, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 6:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, on state Route 28 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and aggravated unlicensed driving. Warncke is accused of discarding cocaine onto the shoulder of the roadway during a traffic stop. She was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
