Puleo leads undefeated New Paltz to victory

Nick Puleo shot a 2-under 32 at Dinsmore Golf Course to lead unbeaten New Paltz to a big 160-170 victory over Roosevelt in a Mid-Hudson Athletic League match.

Josh Clinton had a 40, Kevin Metzger 43 and Oliver Watson 45 to help pace the (6-0) Huguenots.

Tanner Hart posted a 40, Joe Nesbitt and Mike Bucholski each had 41s and David Remsburger added a 48 for (4-2) Roosevelt.

Onteora 180, Coleman 210

At Woodstock, Ori Grady (40), Avery Burns (42), Adam Williams (48) and Alex Epstein (50) led (7-2) Onteora to victory.

Ben Fox had a 49, Cameron Smith and Logan Winnie 50s and AJ Miressi posted a 61 to guide (4-4) John A. Coleman Catholic.

Marlboro 203, Saugerties 209

At Highland, Alex Leduc and Danny Rusk shot 46 and 48, respectively, to lead the (2-6) Huskies at Apple Greens. Ian Leduc and Mike Janiero each posted 55s to round out the Highland contingent.

Brooke Bode (49), Dawson Wood (52), Marciano Neglia (53) and Cameron France (55) led (3-2) Saugerties.

Highland 207, Wallkill 214

At Wallkill, (1-4 MHAL, 2-4 overall) Highland earned its second-ever victory in its program with a solid decision over Wallkill. Marc Panzella had a 49, Ethan Thompson added a 50 and Lenny Casabura and Luke Munson both had 50s at Turtle Creek for the Huskies.

Jason McGill and Carl Piperato both shot 50s, Alex Tenediz added a 53 and Dan Tarantino posted a 61 for (0-7 overall, 0-8 MHAL) Wallkill.

Rhinebeck 188, Dover 307

At Red Hook Golf Club, undefeated Rhinebeck improved its record to 5-0. Cole Dixon shot a 453, Richie Dentico and Cole Reichelt each had 48s and Max Pietras added a 49 to lead the Hawks.

Thomas Malone was low man for Dover with a 66.
