Town of Ulster
• DWI: Kevin J. Manzoli, 52, of Lake Katrine, was arrested at about 4:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed driver, an infraction. Ulster town police said Manzoli was arrested following a complaint of a possible drunk driver on U.S. Route 9W. He was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a further court appearance.
Catskill
• DWI: Thomas J. Hartill, 47, of Allentown, Pa., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:02 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, in the parking lot off the state Thruway toll barrier on charges of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeanors, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, an infraction. Further information was unavailable.
Livingston
• DWI: Mark F. Burns, 43, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:26 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, on U.S. Route 9 on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and crossing road hazard markings and driving left of pavement markings, both infractions. He was released with tickets to appear in Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• Drugs: Kirk J. Eberling, 52, of Monroe, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:32 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, on state Route 299 on three counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, a violation. Eberling was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Olive
• DWI: Linda J. Jorgensen, 67, of West Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:32 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, on state Route 28 on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. She was released with tickets to appear in Olive Town Court.
Red Hook
• Assault: Tyler C. Lloyd, 22, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:46 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, on Glen View Drive on a misdemeanor assault charge. He was held pending arraignment.
