WOODSTOCK, N.Y. >> The Woodstock Senior Citizens Club will meet at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at the Hurley Mountain Inn, 106 Old Route 209, Hurley, for their annual installation luncheon. ESOPUS, N.Y. >> The Town of Esopus Seniors will have a meeting on Monday Oct. 1 in the Town of Esopus Town Hall Community Center at 1 p.m.
At this meeting, the seniors will have a speaker Kurt Jensen giving attendees new information regarding supplemental health insurance in addition to Medicare coverage.
This day is the last time for sign-ups and payment for the Octoberfest trip to the Bavarian Manor in Purling, N.Y.. The trip will be on Thursday Oct. 18. The cost is $50. for members and $60. for non members. This includes bus transportation, luncheon and live music for dancing.
On Oct. 15, the group will have a special meeting at 1 p.m. for seniors to meet the local candidates running for office. Candidates running for U.S. Congress, state Senate and Assembly and Ulster County Sheriff have been invited.

Guest speaker will be Deputy Joe Garvilla, who invites attendees to meet his new partner, a large police dog. There will be a short business meeting with refreshments to follow.
All seniors are welcome.
