Coxsackie
• Aggravated family
offense: Jon Ghiozzi, 39, of Mount Vernon, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on U.S. Route 9W in the town at 4:40 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, and charged with the felonies of aggravated family offense and contempt. Ghiozzi was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Hyde Park
• DWI: Timothy Anebakem, 46, of Hyde Park, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, on Main Street and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving and with the infraction of speeding. Anebakem was released with an appearance ticket for Hyde Park Town Court. .
Livingston
• Obstruction of governmental administration: Darien Moore, 27, of Livingston, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:34 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30 on county Route 19 and charged with the misdemeanor of obstructing governmental administration. Moore was released with an appearance ticket for Livingston Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Vernon B. Williams Jr., 27, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, on Ulster Avenue and charged with the misdemeanor of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent. Williams was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
