Timbrouck’s 3 goals lead Kingston to win

Hannah Timbrouck scores all three goals as Kingston High field hockey team posts a 3-0 win over visiting Ellenville.

It was senior night for Kingston High’s field hockey team Wednesday, but it was a freshman who captured the spotlight.

Hannah Timbrouck’s hat trick carried the Tigers to a 3-0 victory ovr Ellenville at Dietz Stadium in a Mid-Hudson Athletic League match.

Tori Quick and Bridgie Loughlin assisted on two of the goals.

Goalkeeper Lizzy Smith made one save to earn the shutout.

Megan Eckert kept (4-6-1 MHAL, 6-6-1 overall) Ellenville in the match by stopping a dozen shots.

Rondout 3, Arlington 0

At Kyserike, Jackie Lewis, Julie Ruzzi and Courtney Coffey all scored to lead (13-1) Rondout Valley to a non-league triumph.

Elyssa Dewitt assisted on Ruzzi’s tally.

Azure Jones made three saves in goal to earn the shutout. Red Hook keeper Alyssa Manocchi recorded nine saves.

Red Hook 8, CoxsackieA­thens 1

At Red Hook, Bailey Jordan scored five goals, Ally McCrudden had two goals and a pair of assists and, Danielle Walsh also had a goal and one assist to lead

the (7-2-1, 9-2) Raiders.

At Pine Bush, Helen Deretchin had two goals, Aimee Shalders had one and Kristi Zeolonis added a goal and an assist to lead the (6-4) Lady Bushmen.
