Kingston

· Weapon: Willie L. Pace, 30, of Elmendorf Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police early in the morning on Monday, Oct. 15, after a traffic stop in the area of Elmendorf Street and Bruyn Avenue and charged with felony possession of a weapon (two counts), misdemeano­r possession of a weapon and the violation of harassment. During the stop, police recovered a loaded .38 caliber handgun. Pace was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

Durham

· DWAI-drugs: Jose A. Boria, 54, of Salisbury, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, on state Route 145 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r, and with the traffic infraction of impeding traffic by driving too slowly. Boria’s status was unavailabl­e.

Hunter

· Drugs: A 17-year-old Brooklyn male was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:13 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, on state Route 23A and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana. He was released with tickets for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

· DWI: John E. Wargo, 54, of Milford, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:07 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Wargo was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· Drugs/weapon: Sharnae D. Campbell, 28, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with two felony counts of possession of controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to sell, three misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance, one misdemeano­r count of possession of a weapon and the violation of possession of marijuana. Campbell was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
