Kingston

· DWI: Robert K. Darling, 65, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:20 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, on Main Street, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Darling was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

· DWI: Zackary T. Converse, 28, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:42 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, on state Route 32 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Converse was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Coxsackie

· Drugs: Adam C. Sanita, 25, of Basking Ridge, N.J., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:33 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, on state Route 81 in the town and charged with two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­r possession of a hypodermic instrument, and the infraction of illegal signal. Sanita was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

· DWI: Eileen M. Kirwan, 44, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:22 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, on state Route 385 in the village and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Kirwan was released with tickets for Coxsackie Village Court.

Lloyd

· Drugs: Sarina N. Aviles, 20, of Bethpage, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:07 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Aviles was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Red Hook

· DWI: Jillian A. Hargrove, 36, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at about 9:20 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, in the town and was charged with the felony of aggravated drunken driving with a child, the misdemeano­rs of resisting arrest and drunken driving and the infraction of equipment violation (stop lights). Troopers stopped Hargrove’s 2012 Subaru Impreza on U.S. Route 9 for the alleged traffic infraction and found that Hargrove was allegedly driving drunk with two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle. She was taken into custody after a brief struggle. Hargrove was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.

Saugerties

· Drugs: Tyler J. Mentz, 22, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:26 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, on state Route 32 in the town and charged with two misdemeano­r counts of possession of a controlled substance, the violation of possession of marijuana, and the infraction of failing to keep right. Mentz was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

· Drugs: Shanon F. Potter, 42, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, after a traffic stop for a violation on U.S. Route 9W in the town and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and several traffic infraction­s. Potter was allegedly in possession of cocaine, authoritie­s said. She was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

· Assault with weapon:

Sean P. Tully, 54, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Ulster Town Court and charged with the felonies of assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon. Tully was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
