Cairo
• Unlawfully dealing with
a child: Corey M. Matteson, 33, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:50 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, on County Route 23B and charged with the misdemeanors of prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child. Matteson was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Windham
• Unlawfully dealing
with a child: Barbara J. Dodge, 70, of Ashland, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:48 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, and charged with the misdemeanors of prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child. The location of the arrest was not provided. Dodge was released with tickets for Windham Town Court.
• DWI: Timothy J. Hogg, 53, of Camp Hill, Penn., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, on Vets Road and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Hogg’s status was unavailable.
Coxsackie
• Drugs: Amanda Cortes, 23, of Utica, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:45 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, on state Route 385 in the town and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Cortes was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
• Drugs: Michael J. Dedrick, 45, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:02 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, on state Route 385 in the village and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Dedrick was released with tickets for Coxsackie Village Court.
• Drugs: William Willenbucher, 19, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:55 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, on state Route 385 in the town and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Willenbucher was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Livingston
• Possession of stolen
property: Dylan T. Staats, 27, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, on U.S. Route 9 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Staats was released with a ticket for Livingston Town Court.
Red Hook
• Drugs: Joseph E. Doughty, 26, of Clinton, was arrested by Red Hook police on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 3 a.m. on U.S. Route 9 in the town and charged with felony drunken driving and the infraction of speeding. Doughty was released with tickets for Red Hook Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Andrew H Yonnetti, 26, of 5108 state Route 23A, Tannersville, was arrested by Saugerties police at 10:37 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, after a motor vehicle accident at the Knights of Columbus on U.S. Route 9W in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.15 percent and drunken driving, and with the violations of possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. Yonnetti failed to navigate a curve on Route 9W, ran off the roadway into the Knights of Columbus parking lot and struck a parked and unoccupied car. There were no injuries. Yonnetti was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Jessica A. Moxham, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 3:57 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, during a traffic stop on U.S. Route 209 in the town and was charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving. She was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
