Appointed incumbents will serve the final year of a four-year term for both town justice and a Town Board seat, having run without opposition for election on Tuesday.

Town Justice Jason Lesko, 52, received 2,661 votes on the Democratic line to fill the final year of a vacancy left by the retirement of former Justice Frank Engel.

Lesko, an attorney in private practice, was a first-time candidate who was appointed to the town bench in November 2017. He has lived in the town since 1998.

Reginald Earls, 37, received 2,807 votes on the Democratic and Working Families lines to fill the final year of a Town Board vacancy left by the death of Councilman Jay Wenk. Earls has lived in the town for 12 years.
