City of Kingston
• Drugs: Norman A. Guishard, 51, of the town of Ulster, was arrested by the Kingston police Sspecial Investigations Unit in cooperation with town of Ulster police on Tuesday, Nov. 6, and was charged with four felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance (heroin). Guishard’s arrest followed an indictment handed up Nov. 1 by an Ulster County grand jury. Guishard was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a further court appearance.
• DWI: Mary J. Mauro, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, on Albany Avenue and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), drunken driving, and aggravated drunken driving, all felonies, and driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor. Mauro was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.
Greenville
• DWI: Ashley R. Wilson, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Wilson was released with tickets for Greenville Town Court.
Marlborough
• Drugs: Amanda L. Stallings, 58, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana.
