City of Kingston • DWI:
Adriel C. Farr, 26, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:27 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, on St. James Street and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Farr was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill • DWI:
Kenneth Hurst, 51, of Greenport, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:26 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, on state Route 23 in the village and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Hurst was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Lloyd • DWI:
Brian D. Olmstead, 58, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:03 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, on North Road and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Olmstead was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz • DWAI-drugs:
Ronald S. Deflora, 58, of Levittown, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:41 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, on state Route 299 in the town and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Deflora was released with a ticket for New Paltz Court.
Wawarsing • Grand larceny:
Brenda L. Fulton, 38, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:01 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at 6721 U.S. Route 209 and was charged with grand larceny (four counts), forgery, possession of a forged instrument, scheme to defraud more than $1,000 and identity theft, all felonies, and with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Fulton was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a court appearance.
