Catskill
• DWAI-Drugs: Ericka Tomaszewski, 42, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on state Route 23 at the East Jefferson on-ramp following a property damage auto crash and was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors, and with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. She was also issued traffic tickets for moving from lane unsafely and speeding. Tomaszewski was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Greenville
• Weapon: Ellery A. Ecker, 35, of Johnstown, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 7:05 a.m. Sunday on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle. Ecker was released with an appearance ticket for Greenville Town Court.
Hunter
• DWI: Jarett A. Daddario, 31, of West Kill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:38 p.m. Saturday on state Route 23A on felony charges of operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense) and drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years). He was also issued a traffic ticket for failure to use designated lane. Daddario was held pending arraignment.
Hyde Park
• DWI: Bentley A. Edwards, 46, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:32 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Edwards was released with an appearance ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Liam Gallagher-Siudzsk, 26, of Cold Spring, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:26 a.m. Sunday on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. Further information as unavailable.
Milan
• Drugs: Jason W. Kozuck, 21, of Mohegan Lake, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 7:35 a.m. Saturday at milepost 67 north of the Taconic State Parkway on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Kozuck was released with an appearance ticket for Milan Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Anthony C. Varrone, 23, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Varrone was released with an appearance ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWI: Kristopher F. Snow, 37, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing on U.S. Route 209 at 5:28 p.m. Saturday on a felony charge of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years). Further information was unavailable.
