Accord

· Sexual abuse: Austin J. Temple, 18, of Accord, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, and charged with sexual abuse, a felony. Deputies responded to a report that during the evening of Saturday, Nov. 24, Temple allegedly subjected the victim to sexual contact without consent at a residence in Olivebridg­e. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Catskill

· Drugs: Joshua M. Weisinger, 36, of Acra, and Meagan E. Vandunk, 35, of Cairo, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, on state Route 32 in the town. Weisinger was charged with two felony counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, the felonies of possession of a narcotic and possession of 4 ounces or more of a narcotic, the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, and the violation of possession of marijuana. Vandunk was charged with two felony counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to sell and the felonies of possession of a narcotic and possession of 4 ounces or more of a narcotic. Weisinger and Vandunk were sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.

Coxsackie

· Drugs: Marcie Trow, 39, of Hudson, and Crystal Overby, 30, of Albany, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie, at 3:50 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, on Mansion Street in the village. Trow was charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. Overby was charged with the violation of possession of marijuana. Both were released with tickets for Coxsackie Village Court.

Esopus

· Rape: Jose D. Vasquez, 23, of Hurley, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies on Friday, Nov. 16, subsequent to a complaint in regard to an alleged sex offense in the town. A 16-year-old was alleged to have engaged in sexual intercours­e with a 23- or 24-year-old male who deputies identified as Vasquez. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

· DWI: Karen L. Krom, 66, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:09 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, on state Route 32 and charged with the misdemeano­r of drunken driving. Krom was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.

New Paltz

· DWI: Victor Ortiz, 42, of New Paltz, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 3:05 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, on North Front Street in the village after allegedly failing to use a turn signal. Ortiz was found to be intoxicate­d and was charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving and with a traffic infraction. He was released with a ticket for New Paltz Court.

Plattekill

· Drugs: Mustafa Al-Dahbali, 53, and Nagi-Ahmed Khaled Othman, 44, both of Wilmington, Delaware, were arrested by state police on the New York State Thruway at about 1:58 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, after Al-Dahbali was stopped for an alleged traffic violation. During a search of the vehicle, police allegedly found 313.1 grams of KHAT or Catha Edulis, a stimulant. They were both charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. AlDahbali was charged with a vehicle and traffic violation. Both men were released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
