The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:
Cairo
• Menacing: Angelo R. Paradiso, 25, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:53 a.m. Friday, July 12, on McLaren Road Extension and was charged with menacing with a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Cairo Town Court.
• Drugs: Ellen C. Wade, 55, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:32 p.m. Friday, July 12, on state Route 23 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Cairo Town Court.
Esopus
• Contempt: Walter A. Dolder, 35, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 12, on Broadway and was charged with criminal contempt for disobeying a court order, a misdemeanor. He was held at the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a court appearance.
Lloyd
• DWAI-drugs: Amy L. Fix, 36, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:55 a.m. Friday, July 12, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors; possession of a controlled substance in a nonorignal container, a violation, and moving from lane unsafely, driving on the shoulder and driving with a portable electronic device, all infractions. She was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Milan
• DWAI-drugs: Jason Reynoso, 28, of Milan, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, July 12, northbound on the Taconic State Parkway by state police at Rhinebeck and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released with a ticket to appear in Milan Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Shayna A. Miller, 24, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:49 p.m. Friday, July 12, on River Road and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and five traffic infractions, including drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, driving left of pavement markings, following too closely and refusal to take a breath test. She was arraigned and released pending an appearance in
Red Hook Town Court.
• DWI: Marianne Agnello, 62, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:57 a.m. Saturday, July 13, on Hapeman Hill Road and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Saugerties
• Assault: Matthew W. Miglionico, 39, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:11 p.m. Friday, July 12, and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released pending an appearance in Saugerties Town Court.
• Drugs: Alexandra Trejos, 26, of Brooklyn, was arrested by Saugerties Police on Saturday, July 13, on state Route 32A and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Reckless endangerment: Arturo Negron, 32, of Liberty, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:05 a.m. Friday, July 12, and was charged with reckless endangerment of property, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance.
• Contraband: Christopher Wright, 19, of Queens, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at 750 Berme Road and was charged with introducing dangerous
contraband in prison and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies. Further information was unavailable.
