City of Kingston
• DWI: Gerard F. Blair, 51, of Kingston, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Friday, July 19 on Hooker Street by state police at Ulster and charged with felony drunken driving and aggravated driving without a license, also a felony, two charges of aggravated driving without a license and use of other vehicle without an interlock, all misdemeanors, as well as one traffic infraction. He was arraigned at City of Kingston Court and held without bail at the Ulster County Jail pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Paul D. Pagnozzi, 26, of Hurley, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, at the intersection of St. James and Wall streets by state police at Ulster and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and two traffic infractions. He was released with tickets to appear at Kingston City Court.
Plattekill
• DWI: Wayne F. Dunnigan, 60, of Wallkill, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Friday, July 19, on Route 44⁄55 by state police at Highland and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear at Plattekill Town Court.
• DWI: Scott M. Duncan, 28, of Newburgh, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Friday, July 19, at the intersection of state Route 32 and Orchard Drive by state police at Highland and charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released with tickets to appear at Plattekill Town Court.
