Catskill

• DWI: Stan L. Vereen, 56, of Hannacroix, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:13 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Andrea K. Watson, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:35 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, on state Route 299 and was charged with aggravated driving without a license, a felony; drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent. Marlborough

• Drugs: Mark J. Depaolo, 22, of Poughkeepsie, and Anthony J. Delfino, 22, of Sun City, Ariz., were arrested by state police at Highland at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, on Lattintown Road. Both were charged with criminal possession

of a controlled substance (cocaine and LSD), a felony, and with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Depaolo was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Delfino was charged with two counts of misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Daniel L. Watson, 19, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 9, on Leggs Mills Road and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and a traffic violation. He was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
