Catskill
• Unlicensed operation/ DWI: John P. Kemble, 48, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, in Jefferson Heights and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs: Khashand Branch, 19, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:28 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, on state Route 385 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was also charged with marijuana possession, a violation. Branch was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court
Coxsackie
• Drugs: Mercedes B. Wilson, 26, of Syracuse, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:13 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility at 11260 U.S. Route 9W and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdmeanor. Wilson was released with an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Durham
• DWI: Shawn M. Maggione, 32, of Ruby, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:48 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on state Route 145 and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and drunken driving, driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 of percent and acting in a manner to injure a child under 17, all misdemeanors. Maggione was released with an appearance ticket for Durham Town Court.
Greenport
• DWI: Jessica L. Krzykowski, 38, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Greenport at 6:45 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on state Route 23 and was charged with aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Krzykowski was released with an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.
Lloyd
• Drugs: Joel A. Keehn, 59, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, on state Route 299 North at Elting Corners Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Keehn was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Poughkeepsie
• Drugs: Christopher J. Green, 28, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 4:34 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, on U.S. Route 9 at Fulton Street and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Greene was released with an appearance ticket for Poughkeepse Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• Drugs: Sara Rosenberg, 39, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on U.S. Route 9 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was also charged issued a traffic infraction for putting stickers in the windshield or rear window. Rosenberg was released with an appearance ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Saugerties
• Weapons: Frederick Manfro, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:31 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with possession of a weapon, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation and using a vehicle without an interlock device, both misdemeanors. Town of Ulster
• Drugs: Christopher J. Lay, 37, of Chichester, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:42 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, on Interstate 587 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Lay was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• DWI: Noah M. Stolar, 19, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, on Frank Sottile Boulevard and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Stolar was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
