Catskill

• DWI: Pedro A. Cordero, 53, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:12 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on Grove School Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Cordero was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Hunter

• DWI: Shian R. Ferguson, 19, of Tannersville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:55 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on state Route 23A and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Ferguson was released with an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Cody E. Medina, of

Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:01 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on state Route 299 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Medina was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Jordan K. Winters, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on North Chestnut Street and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08, percent, both misdemeanors. Winters was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Olive

• DWI: Danielle J. Garris, 38, of Shandaken, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:05 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, on Piney Point Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08, percent, both misdemeanors. Garris was released with an appearance ticket for

Olive Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Drugs: Shepard A. Goodlife, 41, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:35 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, on Scenic Road and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana greater than two ounces, a misdemeanor. Goodlife was released with an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Matthew R. Russell, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:05 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, on West Bridge Street and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was also issued a traffic ticket for an equipment violation (no head lights). Russell was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Village Court.

• DWI: Joseph F. Locurto, 21, of Westbury, N.Y., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Locurto was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Matthew C. Amaral, 41, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:50 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, on 42nd Street and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Amaral was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
