The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:

Coxsackie

• Aggravated harassment: Juan F. Colon, 40, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Bailey Street in the village at 11:05 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and was charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released with a court appearance ticket.

East Fishkill

• DWI: Michael Pittner, 35, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Stormville at mile post 41 south on the Taconic State Parkway at 9:28 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for East

Fishkill Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Aggravated harassment: Lawrence Morici, 66, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:49 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

West Hurley

• Drugs: Vincent J. Mocerino, 21, of Yorktown, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 11:50 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at a residence in West Hurley and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Deputies said Mocerino was under the influence of illicit narcotics and was found in possession of psilocybin mushrooms. He was released with a ticket to appear in Hurley Town Court. State police assisted at the scene.
