Catskill

• DWI: Timothy S. Freyman, 36, of York New Salem, Pa., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:32 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on Grandview Avenue in the village and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Livingston

• Drugs: Mathew J. Naula, 20, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, on County Route 8 and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeano­r. He was released with a ticket for Livingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• Aggravated unlicensed

driving: Deja Brown, 24, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with aggravated driving without a license (10 or more suspension­s), a felony. She was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• Obstructio­n of breathing: Volodymyr R. Yedynak, 46, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at

Wawarsing at 2:20 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, and was charged with obstructio­n of breathing, a misdemeano­r, and with harassment with physical contact, a violation. He was held pending arraignmen­t. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Jacob G. Diers, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on Lucas Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI: Enico X. LeBron, 24, of Monroe, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:56 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on Washington Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Grand larceny: Jennifer Pasha, 38, of Ellenville, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on charges of grand larceny, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeano­r, after authoritie­s received a report on Friday, Dec. 13, alleging that she had used a debit card without the card-holder’s permission on Saturday, Nov. 16. Pasha was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
