City of Kingston
• Contempt: Dakota J. Lockwood, 20, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:51 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on Stephan Street and was charged with criminal contempt, disobeying a court order, a misdemeanor. Lockwood was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Athens
• DWI: John N. Brady, 42, of North Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:01 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, on state Route 385 and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Brady was held pending arraignment.
Cairo
• Theft: Cassadie D. Higgins, 24, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Cairo at noon Saturday, Dec. 21, at the state police barracks at 78 McLaren Road Ext. and was charged with grand larceny of property valued at greater than $50,000, a felony. Higgins was released with an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
Catskill
• DWI: Taylor M. Gallagher, 22, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:04 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 22 on state Route 23 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Naamah Y. Hoag, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:05 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
Saugerties
• DWI: Kimberly M. Rose, 51, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Ralph Vedder Road at 2:06 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Rose was also issued a traffic ticket for failure to keep right on a two-lane road. She was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Yacir Jose-Garcia, 34, of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:45 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 22 on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
