Coxsackie
• Weapon/grand larceny:
Ian J. Lynch, 29, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on the New York State Thruway and was charged with criminal mischief, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies. Further information was not available.
Esopus
• Marijuana: Brittanie L. Castiglione, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on Sunset Drive and was charged with possession of more than two ounces of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Castiglione was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.
New Paltz
• Sexual abuse: A 15-yearold New Paltz boy was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, and was charged with sexual abuse, a misdemeanor. The boy was released with a court appearance ticket. Further information was unavailable.
Wawarsing
• Burglary: Dustin Smith, 21, of Kerhonkson, and two 18-year-old Wawarsing males were arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on Mill Street. All three were charged with burglary, a felony, and were released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
• DWI: Alena A. Dennington, 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on Clay Hill Road and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Dennington was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
