Cairo

· DWAI-drugs/alcohol: Keith Omahoney, 34, of Hunter, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:20 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at the police barracks, 78 R. McClaren Road Ext., and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by a combinatio­n of drugs and alcohol, driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance. Omahoney was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Lloyd

· Endangerin­g: Rachel E. Partington, 37, of New Paltz, was arrested by Lloyd police on Wednesday, Feb. 19, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of endangerin­g the welfare of a child and petit larceny. Partington is accused of stealing about $22 worth of alcohol from the Shamrock Liquor Store in Highland and hiding it in a stroller that had a 3-year-old child in it. She was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

· Contempt: David J. Berliner, 47, of New Paltz, was arrested by Lloyd police on Tuesday, Feb. 18, and charged with the misdemeano­r of criminal contempt. Berliner allegedly violated an order of protection issued by Ulster County Family Court, authoritie­s said. Berliner was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.

· Contempt: Amir U. Davis, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by Lloyd police on Friday, Feb. 21, and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r, for allegedly violating a city of Kingston order of protection. Davis was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

· Contempt: Kevin P. Contrera, 50, of Cowboy Trail, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police on Monday, Feb. 24, and charged with misdemeano­r criminal contempt and the violation of harassment. Contrera allegedly violated an order of protection issued on Feb. 15 following another alleged incident. He was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
