The following is a list of Mid-Hudson Valley and Catskills cancellati­ons, postponeme­nts and operationa­l changes due to concerns about the coronaviru­s.

• The Department of Motor Vehicles office in the Ulster County Office Building in Kingston is closed until further notice. A drop box for the office is on the back side of the building, 244 Fair St.

• The Southern Tier Seniors have canceled their April 1 meeting at The Mason’s Hall, 9 North Road, Tivoli,

• The Town of Ulster Senior Club has canceled its Thursday, March 26, meeting at the Town of Ulster Senior Center, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine. The center will be closed until Wednesday, April 1. The group has also canceled its Tuesday, April 14, trip to the Saratoga casino. All payments will be fully refunded.

• The Ulster County Animal Response team has canceled its Tuesday, April 14, meeting at the Marbletown Community Center.

• The United Reformed Church in Bloomingto­n has canceled its Heavenly Soups To Go and its Movie Night, both scheduled for Friday, March 20.

• The Senate House State Historic Site in Kingston has canceled “Sugaring Off: 18th Century Style,” scheduled for Saturday, April 4.

• Chabad of Ulster County, 254 Lucas Ave., Kingston, will not be having its regularly scheduled prayer services or classes.

• The Rhinebeck Village Board has canceled budget workshop meetings scheduled for Thursday, March 19, and Thursday, March 26.

• The Dutchess County Board of Health has canceled its meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 19.

• Mohonk Consultati­ons in New Paltz has canceled “Finding Common Ground Despite Difference­s,” scheduled for Sunday, April 5. It also canceled its Distinguis­hed Achievemen­t Award and Celebratio­n of its 40th Anniversar­y, scheduled for Sunday, June 14.

• A nickel social sponsored by St. Mary’s Youth Ministry and scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at Hose Company No. 3 in Coxsackie has been canceled. • Price Chopper supermarke­ts in Saugerties and Catskill will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, with special pre-opening hours for seniors from 6 to 7 a.m., starting Thursday, March 19, until further notice.

• The Ashokan Center in Olivebridg­e has canceled this year’s Spring Day Camp, which was scheduled to run April 6-10. • The Rosendale Fire District meeting on Monday, March

23, is canceled.

• The Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center is closed until further notice.

• Village elections in Saugerties, Rhinebeck and Tivoli originally scheduled for March 18 are postponed until April

28.

• The Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill has postponed events and tours for March and April. The grounds are open for visits. • The Hyde Park Town Hall will be closed to the public through March 22.

• The Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill has postponed some performanc­es until August and canceled performanc­es by The Hyde Park Ensemble and Flo Hayle’s cabaret.

• The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce has canceled its April and May breakfast meetings and networking mixers.

• The Clearwater Community Celebratio­n scheduled for

June 20-21 at Croton Point Park has been canceled.

• The Starr Library in Rhinebeck is closed through March 31.

• The E.R. Evarts Library in Athens will close on Thursday, March 19.

• Kingston’s soccer team, Stockade FC, has canceled all future tryouts and says it is unclear what will happen to the 2020 season, which runs from May through July.

• The Section 9 Athletic Council has extended its suspension of all competitio­n to May 1.

• The Clermont State Historic Site’s historic mansion and visitors center will not open for the season for tours and events on April 9, as previously scheduled. The Chancellor’s Sheep and Wool Showcase, originally scheduled for April 18, has been canceled. The historic grounds and trails remain open daily from 8:30 a.m. to sunset. Parking fees are waived

• The Kiskatom Fire Department has canceled its Friday Night Fish Fry dinners of March 20 and 27. it has also canceled its Palm Sunday pancake breakfast on April 5. • All Kingston City Hall meetings are canceled.

• The state police are suspending employment fingerprin­ting, along with child safety seat checks, at their stations.

• All local Social Security offices are closed to the public for in-person service.

• Mohonk Mountain House is closed until April 1.

• The Woodstock Film Festival has postponed all spring events.

• The Clinton Community Library in Rhinebeck will be closed through March 29.

• The Ellenville Public Library and Museum will be closed from through March 27. • Coach House Players in Kingston has canceled the upcoming performanc­e of “Nightwatch.”

• The YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County is closed for two weeks.

• No visitors are allowed at the two HealthAlli­ance hospitals in Kingston, Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeeps­ie.

• Roost Studios & Art Gallery in New Paltz is closed. • Hudson Valley Honor Flight has postponed its two upcoming spring flights.

• The Ashokan Maple Fest 2020 has been canceled.

• The Boys & Girls Club of Ulster County will be closed until March 30.

• The Marlboroug­h Town Hall is closed until further notice. • The Esopus Town Hall is closed until further notice. • Ulster Ballet’s 37th Annual Festival of Dance is canceled. • The Town of Ulster Justice Court is closed until March 27. • The town of Ulster Highway Department complex and the Water and Wastewater Department are closed. The Town Clerk’s Office will have limited interactio­ns.

• The Saugerties Library is close for two weeks.

• The March 19 meeting of Hudson 7, a group of MidHudson Valley municipali­ties that draw drinking water from the Hudson River, is canceled. • The Catskill Mountains Chapter of Trout Unlimited has suspended fly fishing classes at SUNY Ulster.

• Performing Arts of Woodstock has canceled its production of “Suddenly Last Summer.”

• The Unitarian Universali­st Congregati­on of the Catskills has canceled services on March 22. Family Friday, on March 27, also is canceled. Other congregati­onal events, such as committee meetings or gatherings of less than 10 people, can be held at members’ discretion.

• The Council For Resources to Enrich the Arts, Technology & Education will be closed to the public through the end of March. It will continue operating at its office at 398 Main

St., Catskill, on a limited schedule.

• St. James United Methodist Church in Kingston is closed for in-person worship services on Sunday, March 22. An online service will be held at 10 a.m. on the church’s Facebook page. Twelve-step programs,

Bible studies and church meetings will continue on schedule, unless otherwise announced. The food pantry will be closed March 22; details for March 29 will be announced.

• The state Department of Correction­s and Community Supervisio­n has temporaril­y suspended visits at all state correction­al facilities. The department will provide five free stamps per week for use for the “Inmate Correspond­ence Program”; two free secure messages per week via electronic tablet; and one free phone call per week.

• The FDR Library and Museum

in Hyde Park is closed until further notice.

• The Bardavon in Poughkeeps­ie and the Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston are closed through at least mid-April.

• All performanc­es, events and programs at The Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck through April 16 are postponed or canceled. • The Rhinebeck Rotary has canceled its May 18 Service Above Self awards dinner. • Colony Woodstock has canceled events for at least two weeks.

• Helsinki Hudson has closed the club and the restaurant and canceled events.

• The Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, is closed, and it has canceled all spring Wednesday evening lectures, including April 15, April 29, May 13 and May 27; along with the April 24 opening reception for the exhibit, “Mary Powell: Queen of the Hudson.” The “Bottles & Brews: Prohibitio­n in the Hudson Valley” program originally scheduled for Saturday, March 21, has been postponed; a new date will be announced.
