• Scenic Hudson’s Mount Beacon Park is closed. All other Scenic Hudson parks are currently open.
• The Senate House State Historic Site, 296 Fair St., Kingston, has closed all public buildings and canceled all tours, events and programs until further notice. The grounds remain open from dawn to dusk. (845) 3382786.
• The Dutchess County Clerk’s Office will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 30. The office will continue to receive allowable court filings through the NYSCEF filing system as well as through the mail. For more information, visit the New York Courts website, www.nycourts.gov. Land records can also be accepted through the mail or via the clerk’s electronic portal, https://www.dutchessny.gov/ Departments/County-Clerk/ eRecording-Land-Documents. htm. The clerk’s Record Room, located on the second flood of the County Office Building, 22 Market St., Poughkeepsie, will be open Mondays through Fridays from 1 to 4 p.m. for title searching only. • Minnewaska has postponed the start of climbing and bouldering season at the Ulster County preserve. Parking will be reduced to every other space and regularly monitored to keep visitors safe by implementing proper distancing protocols.
• The Lions Club Mini-Park located on the corner of South Parsonage Street and North Park Road in Rhinebeck is closed until further notice.
• Kingston Stockade FC soccer season is canceled.

• The Town of Ulster Library is temporarily closed until at least April 19.
• The Woodstock School of Art is extending its closure until further notice.
• The Morton Memorial
Library & Community House in Rhinecliff will remain closed through at least Sunday, April 19. All library programs and events are canceled at least through Thursday, April 30. • Shadowland Stages in Ellenville has moved its screenings online and will stream “Life With Father” on Friday, March 27, at 7 p.m. Go to shadowlandstages.org.
• The Rosendale Seniors have postponed their May 13 trip to Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, Pa., to Sept. 23.

• All tax preparation services at all AARP TaxAide sites (Kingston, Hurley, Saugerties, New Paltz, Gardiner, Napanoch) have been suspended until further notice.
• All playgrounds in Hyde Park are closed but parks and trails are open.
• The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Catskills has scheduled ZOOM services at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays, March 29, April 5, 12 and 19. A link to ZOOM services will be posted on the congregation’s website, uucatskills.org and on its UUCatskills Facebook page, facebook.com/UUCatskills.
• The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Catskills has canceled Family Friday on March 27.
• The Ulster County Office for the Aging’s Ellenville, Rosendale and Saugerties Community Cafés (congregate sites) are open from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to distribute frozen meals to those who need them. Seniors need to contact Gateway to reserve a meal by calling (845) 331-2180. A five-pack of different frozen meals also is available for a weekly supply, as well as a “pantry bag” containing nonperishable foods for several meals.
• The Dutchess County Office for the Aging prepares hot meals that are delivered to home-bound seniors Monday to Friday. During the COVID-19 outbreak, New York state has temporarily expanded eligibility for the home-delivered meals program for seniors. • The Esopus Fire Department’s chicken parm dinner scheduled for April 4 has been canceled.
• The Tower Music Series concert scheduled for Sunday, March 29, at The Reformed Church in Poughkeepsie has been canceled.
• The Neave Piano Trio concert, scheduled for Sunday, March 29, at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Kingston is canceled.
• All Department of Motor Vehicle offices are closed until further notice. Drivers licenses, non-drivers identification cards, vehicle registrations and temporary registrations from auto dealerships expiring on or after March 1 are extended to Sunday, April 19, 2020.
• Dutchess County Public Transit has announced service reductions. Only Routes E, J, K and L will be operating, with service provided from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. All other fixed routes will be suspended.
• Emergency toll procedures are in effect in cash toll lanes on the Thruway. This plan will convert the collection of cash tolls to toll billing by license plate during the coronavirus response. The procedures will be in place until further notice.
• SUNY New Paltz and Vassar College have postponed their May commencement exercises.
• Mount Saint Mary College will hold classes online for the rest of the semester. Residence halls will remain closed for the remainder of the semester. The college’s commencement ceremony, originally scheduled for May 16, will be delayed.
• Unison’s theater and classroom space in New Paltz will be closed through early April. • Hannaford supermarkets have shortened their hours of operation — stores are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. — to allow more time for cleaning and restocking. Also, people 60 and older will have a dedicated shopping period of 6 to 7 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays. The Hannafordto-Go service is temporarily suspended.
• Price Chopper supermarkets in Saugerties and Catskill will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, with special pre-opening hours for seniors from 6 to 7 a.m., until further notice.
• Catholic Charities Case Management Services, including the Housing Resource Center, remain available for assistance with emergency food and shelter, and other basic social safety net support. Requests for assistance, should be initiated with a phone in Ulster at (845) 340-9170, extension 3000 or by email at cccosuhelpline@ cccsos.org.
• The YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County is providing emergency child care in Kingston, New Paltz, Marbletown and Ellenville for the families of first responders and essential employees who have to work. Space is limited. Registration forms are available at ymcaulster.org/emergencychild-care.
• CREATE (the Council for Resources to Enrich the Arts, Technology & Education) at the Greene County Council on the Arts, 398 Main St., Catskill, is closed to the public through March.
• Bank of Greene County branch lobbies are closed except by appointment. Drivethrough lanes, ATMs and night drops are available.
• St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church, 2578 state Route
212, Woodstock, will offer Sunday services at 10 a.m. on Facebook. Evening prayer services will take place via Facebook/Zoom on Thursdays at 5 p.m., and morning prayers on Fridays at 10 a.m.
• The Woodstock Farm Sanctuary in High Falls is closed until May.
• The April 6 meeting of the town of Saugerties Zoning Board of Appeals is canceled. • The Dutchess County Household Hazardous Waste Disposal & Electronics Recycling Event scheduled for March 28 is canceled.
• The March 28 pancake dinner at the Rochester Reformed Church in Accord is canceled.
• St. James United Methodist Church in Kingston will broadcast live worship services at 10 a.m. Sundays at facebook. com/StJamesKingston through at least the end of March. Most group activities are canceled, though 12-step programs, Bible studies and church meetings will continue on schedule, unless otherwise announced.
• The St. James Happy to Help Food Pantry will be open outdoors on Sunday, March 29, from 1 to 3 p.m. Anyone needing emergency food can call (845) 331-3030 to arrange for pickup at other times.
• The New Paltz Retired Men’s Group has temporarily suspended its monthly meetings. • The Washington’s Headquarters State Historic Site grounds in Newburgh will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The museum is closed.
• The April 3 “Dancing with the Stars, Ulster Style” event has been postponed until Thursday, June 11.
• The Southern Tier Seniors have canceled their April 1 meeting at The Mason’s Hall, 9 North Road, Tivoli.
• The Town of Ulster Senior Club has canceled its Thursday, March 26, meeting at the Town of Ulster Senior Center, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine. The center will be closed until Wednesday, April 1. The group also has canceled its Tuesday, April 14, trip to the Saratoga casino. All payments will be fully refunded.
• The Ulster County Animal Response team has canceled its Tuesday, April 14, meeting at the Marbletown Community Center.
• The Senate House State Historic Site in Kingston has canceled “Sugaring Off: 18th Century Style,” scheduled for Saturday, April 4.
• Chabad of Ulster County, 254 Lucas Ave., Kingston, will not be having its regularly scheduled prayer services or classes.
• The Rhinebeck Village Board has canceled a budget workshop meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 26.
• Mohonk Consultations in New Paltz has canceled “Finding Common Ground Despite Differences,” scheduled for Sunday, April 5. It also has canceled its Distinguished Achievement Award and Celebration of its 40th Anniversary, scheduled for Sunday, June 14.
• A nickel social sponsored by St. Mary’s Youth Ministry, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, at Hose Company 3 in Coxsackie, has been canceled. • The Ashokan Center in Olivebridge has canceled this year’s Spring Day Camp, scheduled for April 6-10.
• The Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center is closed until further notice.
• Village elections in Saugerties, Rhinebeck and Tivoli, originally scheduled for March 18, have been postponed until April 28.
• The Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill has postponed events and tours for March and April. The grounds are open for visits. • The Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill has postponed some performances until August and canceled performances by The Hyde Park Ensemble and Flo Hayle’s cabaret.
• The Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce has canceled its April and May breakfast meetings and networking mixers.
• The Clearwater Community Celebration scheduled for
June 20-21 at Croton Point Park has been canceled.
• The Starr Library in Rhinebeck is closed.
• The E.R. Evarts Library in Athens is closed.
• Kingston’s soccer team, Stockade FC, has canceled all future tryouts and says it is unclear what will happen to the 2020 season, which runs from May through July.
• The Section 9 Athletic Council has extended its suspension of all competition to May 1.
• The Clermont State Historic Site’s historic mansion and visitors center will not open for the season for tours and events on April 9, as previously scheduled. The Chancellor’s
Sheep and Wool Showcase, originally scheduled for April 18, has been canceled. The historic grounds and trails remain open daily from 8:30 a.m. to sunset. Parking fees are waived.
• The Kiskatom Fire Department has canceled its Friday Night Fish Fry dinner of March 27. it has also canceled its Palm Sunday pancake breakfast on April 5.
• All Kingston City Hall meetings are canceled.
• The state police are suspending employment fingerprinting, along with child safety seat checks, at their stations.
• All local Social Security offices are closed to the public for in-person service.

• Coach House Players in Kingston has canceled the upcoming performances of “Nightwatch.”

• The Catskill Mountains Chapter of Trout Unlimited has suspended fly fishing classes at SUNY Ulster. • Performing Arts of Woodstock has canceled its production of “Suddenly Last Summer.”
• The Council For Resources to Enrich the Arts, Technology & Education will be closed to the public through the end of March. It will continue operating at its office at 398 Main St., Catskill, on a limited schedule.
• The state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision has temporarily suspended visits at all state correctional facilities.
• The FDR Library and Museum in Hyde Park is closed until further notice.
• The Bardavon in Poughkeepsie and the Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston are closed through at least midApril.
• All performances, events and programs at The Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck through April 16 are postponed or canceled.

• The Hudson River Maritime Museum, 50 Rondout Landing, Kingston, is closed, and it has canceled all spring Wednesday evening lectures, including April 15, April 29, May 13 and May 27; along with the April 24 opening reception for the exhibit, “Mary Powell: Queen of the Hudson.” The “Bottles & Brews: Prohibition in the Hudson Valley” program originally scheduled for Saturday, March 21, has been postponed; a new date will be announced.

The gallery is closed. • The public Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training scheduled for Thursday, March 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Columbia-Greene Community College, has been canceled. • The Catskills Visitor Center in Mount Tremper is be closed to the public, as are the center’s offices in the Erpf Center in Arkville. Public events, workshops and programming scheduled for prior to May 31 will be rescheduled as virtual events or canceled. The 2020 Catskills Great Outdoor Expo also has been canceled.

• The Highland Hose Ladies Auxiliary penny social for Saturday, March 28, is postponed.
• All Masses in the Archdiocese of New York are canceled.
• Swing dance classes by Linda and Chester Freeman in Clermont, Newburgh and Kingston, and the swing dance at White Hall in Kingston, are canceled.
