• Coach House Players in Kingston has canceled the remainder of its 2020 season, which includes its July, August and November shows. This season’s shows are scheduled to be performed during the 2021 season. All season tickets that were purchased for the 2020 season will be honored for the 2021 season. More info: coachhouse­players.org. • The Zoom Flume Water Park in East Durham, Greene County, has canceled its 2020 season.

• The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts has canceled all pavilion shows planned for the summer of 2020. • Houses of worship in Ulster and Dutchess counties are allowed to operate at 25 percent capacity.

• The town of Ulster transfer station has reopened. Town offices are to reopen July 6. • The city of Kingston’s Fourth of July celebratio­n and fireworks have been canceled.

• The Town of Hyde Park has canceled its summer camp program as well as the opening of the Hackett Hill pool for the 2020 season. The town’s Independen­ce Day parade also is canceled. • Dutchess County Public Transit and Ulster County Area Transit have increased bus service. Honor this fall.

• HITS, which plans to start its 2020 HITS-on-the-Hudson series of horse shows in July, will host six consecutiv­e weeks of competitio­ns in Saugerties under the name Great American Summer Series.

• Mohonk Mountain House is scheduled to reopen June 15 with enhanced health and safety protocols.

• Pine Ridge Dude Ranch in Kerhonkson planning to reopen on July 1 with strict safety protocols.

• County courts in Dutchess and Ulster have begun limited reopening. Court proceeding­s will continue to be done virtually.

• City of Poughkeeps­ie pools will not be opened for the foreseeabl­e future, and the Fourth of July fireworks event is canceled.

• Opus 40 in Saugerties will be open Thursdays through Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All guests (no more than five per group) must sign up in advance, and spend no more than two hours on site, to prevent overcrowdi­ng. No one will be allowed entry without advance signup, and all indoor spaces will remain closed. Staff will be on site during all open hours to ensure that guests are practicing physical distancing. • The town of Ulster has canceled this summer’s youth recreation programs.

• The town of Wawarsing will not have summer recreation programs, including Camp Shawangunk, and the town pools will be closed. • The Ulster County Men’s Amateur Golf Championsh­ip, known as the Herdegen, has been canceled.

• Mohonk Preserve has begun a phased reopening of its trails.

• The city of Kingston has canceled all 2020 summer recreation programmin­g, including the Summer Parks and Junior Naturalist programs and adult and youth sports.

• The new Kingston Waterfront Farmer’s Market takes place at TR Gallo Park on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• The Hangout on the Hudson festival featuring Death Cab for Cutie and Real Estate originally scheduled for Aug. 1 in Dutchess County, has been canceled.

• Maverick Concerts’ 105th chamber music festival in Woodstock, originally scheduled from June 27 to Sept.

13, 2020, is canceled.

• Bard College’s graduation ceremonies, originally scheduled for May 23, have been moved to Saturday, Aug. 22. • All Dutchess County Fairground­s in Rhinebeck events for June are canceled. They include The Barn Star Spring Antiques Rhinebeck originally set for June 20-21; the ENY Summer Classic, which was scheduled for June 26 and 27; and The Rhinebeck Crafts Festival originally set for June 27 and 28.

• The TrailBlaze­r Festival at Hunter Mountain is canceled. • American Legion Post 1298 Port Ewen has canceled the June 12 Flag Day ceremony. The Legion has suspended all meetings.

• The Rosendale Senors’ trip to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills of South Dakota, which was scheduled for June 12 through June 22, has been postponed. The trip will now take place from Aug. 14 through the 24.

• Public schools are closed for the rest of the school year.

• The launch date for Vetson-Water on the Hudson River, originally scheduled for June, has been postponed to Sept. 5.

• The Rosendale Street Festival, originally scheduled to take place July 18 and 19, is canceled.

• Vassar College and New York Stage and Film have canceled the 2020 Summer Powerhouse Season.

• All in-person AARP driver safety events and activities have been canceled through Wednesday, July 1.

• The inaugural Walkway

One Mile – 10 1-mile races celebratin­g the 10-year anniversar­y of Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park – has been postponed until Saturday, Sept. 5.

All race details remain the same, and registrati­on remains open at walkway. org/onemile. Previous registrati­ons will automatica­lly carry over to the new date. Anyone needing to alter their registrati­on status because of this change should email walkway@walkway.org to do so without penalty.

Food Hotline has added a website, www.kingstonem­ergencyfoo­d.com. To provide meals and groceries to those in need across the Kingston City School District, the Emergency Food hotline, (888) 316-0879, was created to streamline the intake of requests.

• The Wilderstei­n Historic Site in Rhinebeck has postponed its 2020 tour season. Wilderstei­n’s annual Benefit Fundraiser has been postponed until Saturday, Oct. 3. Other programmin­g for 2020 is currently being evaluated. • In addition to the current closure of all public buildings at Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site in Hyde Park, park roads and parking lots are now closed to vehicular traffic until further notice.

• The Green Kill Gallery, 229 Greenkill Ave., Kingston, is exhibiting larger works that can be viewed from the front windows of the gallery. When the social distancing restrictio­ns are lifted, Green Kill will be open during its normal hours.

• The Senate House State Historic Site, 296 Fair St., Kingston, has closed all public buildings and canceled all tours, events and programs until further notice. The grounds remain open from dawn to dusk.

• Ulster County residents who are 60 and older and need shopping and/or frozen meals should contact the county Office for the Aging at (845) 340-3456 to receive meals. Frozen meals are provided daily at three sites throughout the county: the Trudy Resnick Farber Building in Ellenville; the Rosendale Recreation Center; and the Saugerties Senior Center.

for the Aging prepares hot meals that are delivered to home-bound seniors Monday to Friday. During the COVID-19 outbreak, New York state has temporaril­y expanded eligibilit­y for the home-delivered meals program for seniors.
