Saugerties
• Drugs: Dwain C. Brannon, 46, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at Glaso Turnpike and Kings Highway in the town of Saugerties and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a
vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Justice Court.
• Obstruction of Breathing/Unlawful Imprisonment: Robert T. Kennedy, 22, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing (applying pressure) and unlawful imprisonment, both misdemeanors. He was released pending a court appearance.
Greenport
• Contempt: Scott T. Zempko, 39, of Greenport, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:23 a.m. Thursday, June 11, and was charged with criminal contempt (disobeying a court order), a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Hurley
• DWI: Lance C. Holmquist, 57, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, on Lucas Avenue in the town of Hurley and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Holmquist was issued an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.
Lloyd
• Theft: Joann M. Trinceri, 56, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at 212 state Route 299 in the town of Lloyd and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. She was released pending a court appearance.
Milan
• Weapon: Jonathan T. Green, 24, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, on the Taconic State Parkway at Jackson Corners Road in the town Milan and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Milan Town Justice Court.
Rhinebeck
• Criminal Mischief/Contempt: David A. Gravino, 27, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with criminal mischief of property exceeding $250 in value and criminal contempt, both felonies.
