The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:

Catskill

• DWI: Walter T. Bailey, 44, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:50 p.m. Saturday, June

20, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Catskill, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• Drugs: Jerry Thrower,

60, of Albany, and Corinna M. Hawver, 23, of Athens, were arrested by state police at Catskill 1:55 a.m. Sunday, June 21, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Catskill. Thrower was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument and one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Hawver was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, one count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, one count of manufacture of drug related paraphernalia, and one count of false personation, all misdemeanors. Thrower and Hawver were both released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Dustin T. Amalfitano, 32, of Stormville, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:03 a.m. Sunday, June 21, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies. He was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Plattekill

• Aggravated Unlicensed

Operation: Daniel J. Dearmas, 25, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, June 20, on Plattekill-Ardonia Road in the town of Plattekill and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle due to multiple license suspensions, a felony. He was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Stanley E. Brown, 46, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, June 21, on U.S. Route 209 in the town of Ulster and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Criminal Mischief: William T. Cathcart, 50, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Ellenville at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June

20, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

• Unlawful Publication of

an Intimate Image: Jessica Helmich, 29, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with two counts of unlawful publication of an intimate image, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
