Kingston

• Criminal mischief: Brandon Lee Stokes, 24, of Van Deusen St., Kingston, was arrested by city police at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, on Franklin Street and charged with felony criminal mischief after allegedly vandalizin­g a vehicle belonging to another person. He was released with a ticket to appear in City Court.

Esopus

• Marijuana: Erick B. Simms Jr., 21, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:14 a.m. June 3 and charged with misdemeano­r possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana. Simms was released with a ticket to appear in Esopus Town Court.

Greenport

• DWAI-drugs: Robert L. McCue, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 3:14 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, on state Route 23 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance. McCue was released with tickets to appear in Greenport Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Grand larceny: Elijah S. Porter, 24, of Tillson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at the state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Porter was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.

• Criminal mischief: Tyler Brinkhaus, 23, of East Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at the state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with criminal mischief to property valued at more than $250, a felony. He was released with a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
